Her work concentrates on the interaction between peripheral and central auditory functions, speech processing, and auditory changes throughout the lifespan. She brings unique insight to real-world solutions for complex auditory challenges.

Martine is a senior at Northwestern studying Human Communication Sciences and Global Health. She is planning on becoming an Audiologist and has a interest in improving access to hearing healthcare through a public health lens, focused on strengthening health communication and preventive health care by promoting patient centered care and health advocacy.
